J141 Carhartt Sandstone Sierra Jacket - Sherpa Lined
Keep the cold at bay with the sandstone Sierra jacket. For warmth, it features sherpa lining in the body and hood, while the sleeves are lined in quilted nylon. It's built tough with 12-ounce, 100% cotton sandstone duck. Rib-knit storm cuffs help keep the cold out. There are two interior pockets, two hand-warmer pockets, and a left-chest pocket that zips shut. The main seams are triple-stitched for extra strength, and the bi-swing back design and pleated elbows add comfort.

February 28, 2012Was this review helpful? Yes / NoI am 5' 9ish have a large neck and big chest for my height so I went with the Large Regular. I really like the style of the Carhartt J141, the sherpa lining, the lined hood and overall quality of this jacket, it fits very well up top and doesn't inhibit arm movement at all. I personally prefer the Carhartt's with the bi-swing backs and pleated elbows, they fit my body-type better. I also have a bit of a gut and because of that I tend to wear longer untucked shirts, therefore the lower front of this jacket is a bit short and a little tight for me, my only complaints with the jacket these probably won't be an issue for most. If you primarily wear jeans, tuck in your shirts and are looking for a stylish Fall/ lighter Winter jacket with a quality attached hood you will be very happy with this jacket.
