Product Care
- Pre-treat stains. Cold water wash with a mild powdered detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry low. Remove from dryer after 20 minutes and hang dry until garment is completely dry. Re-treat with a DWR spray to maintain water repellency.

Returns are subject to the following criteria:
*Please carefully review the contents of this section, as our return policy has changed as of March 1, 2013.- Merchandise must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with tags attached.
- Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box in the condition you received it. Do not use the footwear box itself for shipping or a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 90 days of delivery.
For your convenience, we will include a UPS or FedEx prepaid shipping label. The cost of the prepaid shipping label is $8, which will be deducted from refund amount. Unfortunately, packages shipping from an APO/FPO box, Guam, Puerto Rico or outside the United States must use an alternative shipping method.

January 23, 2011Was this review helpful? Yes / NoI live in Marquette, MI in the Upper Peninsula. Last night I took a mile walk in my Apex Bionic only wearing a t-shirt and long sleeve t-shirt underneath in 5 degree F temperature with winds at 20mph and I wasn't cold. Granted I was walking at a fast pace. If I was walking slower 1 more layer would have been nice. Overall great jacket, the fleece on the inside is nice. Definitely a nice shell for someone who prefers layering and not putting on a bulky coat.

December 21, 2011Was this review helpful? Yes / NoGreat jacket and great fit! Runs true to size and very comfortable! I love this jacket and would strongly recommend it. The rain and snow just rolls right off the outer and does a good job at blocking the wind.
