Returns are subject to the following criteria (Any return that does not meet the following criteria will be refused and returned to sender at their expense):

• Merchandise must be in new, unused, unaltered condition with the tags attached.
• Merchandise will be refused if the item(s) has been worn, washed or missing tags.
• Merchandise with odors or pet hair will be refused.
• Footwear must be in new, unused condition and in original shoe box. Please do not use shoe box for shipping.
• Regular and Sale Priced Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Holiday Return Exception: Any order placed between November 1st and December 24th has an extended return period. Item(s) ordered during this time period must be postmarked by January 15th to be eligible for a refund.
• Clearance Priced Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Any item's price ending in $.49 is considered clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise is excluded from the Holiday Return Exception.

For your convenience, we will include with your order a UPS or FedEx prepaid shipping label. If a prepaid shipping label is used, $7.95 will be deducted from refund amount for packages shipping from the 48 contiguous States. Packages shipping from Alaska or Hawaii will have $13.95 deducted from refund amount. Unfortunately, packages shipping from an APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico or outside the United States must use an alternative shipping method.
