Site Transactions We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Lifestyle Images Like our product images, we attempt to maintain the highest quality lifestyle images possible. All lifestyle images are produced by Getz's Incorporated, but occasionally may differ slightly from actual products as the original products used in our photo shoots are preproduction samples. Please be aware, we cannot be held responsible for merchandise that does not closely resemble the lifestyle image available on Getzs.com. Also, we cannot guarantee your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Price Adjustments If you find the same item you purchased from us on sale within 14 days of order date, please contact us at 1.800.746.7438 or customerservice@getzs.com within 14 days of order date to receive a price adjustment. The item must be from the same season and we must have the size and color you ordered available at the time of adjustment to refund you the difference. We cannot price adjust merchandise that is currently a "deal of the day" product or currently marked as clearance merchandise. Any item's price ending in $.49 is considered clearance merchandise and is indicated on the product's web page. Volume Discounts We do offer additional discounts for large orders of a single item or on large orders of many items. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Cancellation or Order Changes Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you as quickly as possible and because of this we cannot change or cancel any order after the order has been submitted. Please review your order before you place the order. Any costs involved with an order that cannot be canceled or changed after the order has been submitted are the responsibility of the customer. Order Confirmation If you provided us with a valid email address at time of order, you will receive an email order confirmation after you have placed your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email and you provided a valid email address, please check your spam/junk folder. Order Tracking You can check the status of your order anytime at www.getzs.com. Click on Track Order and enter order number and billing zip code to track order. You can also log-in to your account using the user name and password you created previously. Whether using the order tracking method or the log-in method you will be able to see the order status and tracking numbers when/if available. To get your order to you as fast as possible we may ship from multiple locations. In this instance, we'll provide tracking numbers for all packages, but they may not be available for 2-5 business days. One or more packages may not arrive on the same day. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments to the same address. Coupon/Promo Codes If you are interested in receiving Coupon/Promo Codes, please join our mailing lists by visiting Getzs.com brand pages. Getz’s Incorporated offers Coupon/Promo Codes to existing and new customers during certain promotional periods. Coupon/Promo Codes are only valid once, and discounts will be taken on a per product basis, meaning your whole order will not be discounted, but instead discounted on qualifying individual products. Coupon/Promo Codes that reflect a shipping promotion will remove shipping costs from order if shipping costs apply. All issued Coupon/Promo Codes have an expiration date, and must be used by that set date or they expire. Getz’s Incorporated reserves the right to void any or all Coupon/Promo Codes at anytime and without notice. Coupon/Promo Codes that require a certain dollar total will be honored but if items are returned from that order, dropping your order total below threshold amounts; Coupon/Promo Codes may be negated. Coupon/Promo Codes have no cash value. Coupon/promo codes are not valid on clearance merchandise or "deal of the day" merchandise unless stated in an email promotion. Sales Tax We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses. Paying with a Credit Card When you place an order with Getz's Incorporated you are authorizing us to charge your credit card at the time of order. Paying with a Debit Card When using a debit card with either a Visa or MasterCard logo, you must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of order. When placing an order please make sure all shipping, billing information and debit card information is correct because even if the order is not processed, your bank may authorize a pending charge, which will not be voided until 11.59 p.m. of the order date. The pending charges may go against available funds in your bank account. Getz's Incorporated is not responsible for any fees your financial institution may charge in relation to the pending charges. Paying with a Getzs.com Gift Certificate Getzs.com gift certificates can be used on any purchase up to the gift certificate remaining balance. You can only use one gift certificate per order. If you have more than one gift certificate please contact us at 1.800.746.7438 to assist you in placing an order. To redeem a gift certificate, place desired merchandise into Getzs.com cart and proceed to checkout. After filling in all shipping and billing information, you will then select payment method. Please select Gift Certificate as your payment method. Enter in the gift certificate code exactly as it was emailed to the gift certificate recipient. The amount of the gift certificate is taken off the order total. If the order total is greater than the gift certificate amount you can then enter a credit card or debit card to pay the remaining balance. If the order total is less than the gift certificate amount then you will have the remainder of the gift certificate to use in the future. Getzs.com Gift Certificates do not expire. Sizing If you have questions about sizing, we have included on most product's web pages, sizing charts that come directly from the product's manufacturer. The sizing charts come directly from the manufacturer, therefore Getz's Incorporated cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit. Deal of the Day Deal of the Day sale products come from in stock discontinued items within Getz's Incorporated inventories. Deal of the Day sale prices are only applicable for set date of sale, from 12:01 am, to 11:59 pm. Unfortunately after the Deal of the Day product expires, Getz's Incorporated will no longer honor any special pricing and said product returns to original listed or sale price. Deal of the Day products are treated as a closeout item and must be postmarked within 7 days of the date the merchandise is accepted from the carrier/delivery company. Getz's Incorporated reserves the following rights; to cease Deal of the Day sale price at anytime, to change inventory levels at anytime, and to remove Deal of the Day products without notice. Clearance Items Any item's price ending in $.49 is considered clearance merchandise and is indicated on the product's web page. If you would like to return clearance priced merchandise; the new, unused unaltered merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the date the merchandise is accepted from the carrier/delivery company. Clearance merchandise is excluded from Holiday Return Exception. Email Promotions Getz's Incorporated will periodically offer exclusive special offers and discounts via email to members of our email lists. Every offer or discount expires periodically. Getz's Incorporated reserves the right to discontinue any offer or discount at anytime without notice. Discounts and offers are only valid within the stated timeframe and are only applicable to past purchases dated 14 days prior to the first day of promotion launch. Free Shipping Policy To qualify for Free Shipping you must purchase a minimum of $75.00 worth of merchandise or purchase a product on which we are currently running a Free Shipping promotion and be located within the 48 contiguous States. We like to refer to our Free Shipping as "premium" Free Shipping and this is what separates us from the competition. Unless you are shipping to a PO Box, we will always use either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and we strive to have tracking information available for each and every package shipped. Incorrect Shipping Address If you notice an incorrect shipping address contact us immediately at 1.800.746.7438. Once orders are in the "Complete" stage we will make every attempt to change the shipping address, although there are no guarantees that we will be able to make the correction. Changes in addresses after the package has shipped may incur a $10.00 change fee. If a package is considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address you will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred. Please note: Getzs.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen because of an incorrect/invalid address. Order Time in Transit If your order is placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, we will usually ship items available from our Michigan warehouse the same day. Any order placed past 12:00 p.m. EST, will usually ship the following business day from our Michigan warehouse. In order to get your order to you as fast as possible we may ship from multiple locations. Below is an estimated depiction of shipping times under normal circumstances for both UPS and FedEx. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances arise which may delay shipments. UPS and FedEx do their best to stay within the estimated time frames listed below. FedEx and UPS Ground packages are not guaranteed to arrive in the estimated time frames listed below. Please note: Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, will usually ship from our Michigan warehouse the same day. Any order placed past 12:00 p.m. EST, will usually ship from out Michigan warehouse the following business day. All UPS Ground, UPS Expedited, and FedEx Expedited methods ship Monday through Friday. FedEx Home Delivery ships Tuesday through Saturday. If package is being shipped to a business, FedEx Ground ships Monday through Friday. Very rarely some shipments are delayed due to severe weather; Getzs.com is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen situations due to weather or other extreme circumstances. In these instances any shipments that do not meet their original transit time are not eligible for a shipping charge refund.
Additionally, our preferred shipping carriers do not ship or deliver on major US Federal Holidays. These include: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note: Shipments to PO Boxes, APO Boxes and FPO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail; therefore transit times listed above are not applicable. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii can be sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. USPS Priority First Class Mail transit time is 5-7 business days. Shipping to PO Boxes Getzs.com will accommodate customers who would like to ship to a PO Boxes. Please note that any package shipped to a PO Box in the 48 contiguous States will ship via USPS Priority First Class Mail regardless of shipping method selected. The shipping charge for USPS Priority First Class Mail to a PO Box in the 48 contiguous States is $7.95 for orders under $75.00 and FREE for orders over $75.00. Packages shipped to an Alaska or Hawaii PO Box will ship via USPS Priority First Class Mail regardless of shipping method selected. Unfortunately, packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii does not qualify for free shipping. Shipping to an Alaska or Hawaii PO Box via USPS Priority First Class Mail is a flat rate charge of $17.95. Please note: USPS Priority First Class Mail has limited tracking information and unfortunately we cannot expedite shipping through USPS. Shipping to APO Boxes / FPO Boxes Any package shipped to a(n) APO or FPO Box will be sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail but with limited tracking information. Shipping to a(n) APO or FPO Box is a flat rate shipping charge of $12.95. Unfortunately, packages shipped to APO or FPO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping. We cannot expedite shipping through USPS. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii Packages to Alaska or Hawaii can be shipped via USPS Priority First Class Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air only. Unfortunately, packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping via USPS Priority First Class Mail is a flat rate charge of $17.95. Rates for UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are calculated at time of checkout. Please note: Packages shipped to an Alaska or Hawaii PO Box will ship via USPS Priority First Class Mail regardless of shipping method selected. Unfortunately, packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii does not qualify for free shipping. Shipping to an Alaska or Hawaii PO Box via USPS Priority First Class Mail is a flat rate charge of $17.95. Please note: USPS Priority First Class Mail has limited tracking information and unfortunately we cannot expedite shipping through USPS. International Shipping We do not ship products outside of the United States of America. Damaged Product If you received a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 1.800.746.7438. Please keep all shipping materials including the original shipping box or bag. All materials must be available for inspection by the shipping carrier before a replacement product can be sent. A replacement product is not guaranteed if materials are not available for inspection. Lost Package If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 1.800.746.7438. Risk of Loss All items purchased from Getz's Incorporated are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Returns Please see Returns Help in Help Center for additional information on how to return merchandise. Returns are subject to the following criteria (Any returns that do not meet the following criteria will be refused and returned to sender at their expense):
Please send new, unused, unaltered merchandise back to us using an insured traceable shipping method. Getzs.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to Getzs.com for refund. Amount of Return Refund Upon acceptance of the shipment, we will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) including any applicable sales tax and less any coupons used or discounts applied. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Once returned merchandise is deemed acceptable, refunds will be issued to original payment method or if the item returned was received as a gift, a gift return refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate. The gift certificate will be emailed to the email address listed on the return form once the item(s) are received back to Getzs.com. If a package/delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address, the customer will be charged $7.95 for return shipping or if a refund is to be issued, $7.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund transaction to reflect on your credit card statement. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item(s), please reorder at Getzs.com and send your new, unused, unaltered merchandise back to Getzs.com for a refund. Received Defective Merchandise If you received defective merchandise, please call us immediately at 1.800.746.7438. Received Wrong Merchandise If a mistake has occurred please call us immediately at 1.800.746.7438. We do not cover the cost of mistakes made by the customer, such as if the wrong style/size/color was ordered. Please review your order before submitting. Once an order has been submitted no changes or cancellations can be made. Please note: We do our best to keep product images as accurate as possible.
