Best T-Shirt ever made!
I am 6'4", 280lbs., and I am one of those who wear a white T-Shirt (XXL tall) and jeans everyday at work. This is by far the best shirt I have ever purchased. I have tried other brands in the past... but not a one has the quality or lasted as long as my Carhartt T's have! I literally have some Carhartt T's in my closet that are many years old, and still look as good or better than some of my other brand newer shirts do. You simply can not go wrong with the Carhartt name and quality! These are the only T's I will buy anymore... Seriously, they are that good!

My friend talked me into purchasing this item so I did. I like the wide variety of colors offered. I am 5'8" 175 lbs and the Large was really big on me which is the only thing I didn't like. Great shirt, I will be buying more if this ever wears out.

They wear forever
It looks pretty much like any other t-shirt, what's the big deal? Well, I don't know how they do it, but they last forever. I wear them every day for construction work, so they take a beating, and get washed after one wearing. And they fit well (but be careful the sizes run big), and they are comfortable. My standard work shirt, I have a stack of them.

Not the same.
These new ones are not the same. The feel very cheap compared to my older ones. They are very thin. I have older made in USA ones that are thicker. The whole reason I pay extra for carhartt is because of the quality. They are the thickest shirts around. But not anymore.

Not What They Use To Be.
I have always bought these shirts. They were heavy, held their shape and looked good on me.
The newer ones are much thinner and do not hold their shape or body.
Depending on what country they are made in the neck opening can be over a 1" difference.
Bring your product and manufacturing back to the US and we'll pay for the good, solid, heavier top-line T-shirt.
The shirt originally deserved a full 5 stars, but lately, it doesn't get it. Please return to the ORIGINAL!

Best fit and best wearing Pocket T-Shirt
Great value because it doesn't fade like other brands, it doesn't change sizes after being washed in hot water and in the dryer, it is practically wrinkle free, soft, durable seams, easy fit allows for all kinds of work to be performed comfortably while wearing.

Thinner shirt now, not impressed.
Let me start by first saying I have several of these original Pocket T's by Carhartt from years past, and the great thing about them that set them apart from other shirts was the heavyweight fabric. Fast forward to this year, and I bought one in store and wasn't sure if I was going crazy but the shirt looked unusually thin, like a different cheap brand. I came home and now I'm reading reviews of everyone saying the same thing. What a shame, Carhartt I hope you fix this problem because it doesn't look good from a customers point of view.

Terrible sizing
Sizing is horrible. I wear a large t-shirt in every brand. Got a large for this and I swim in it. It fits me like a XXL. Ordered large in two other shirts from carhartt (different styles) and they fit perfectly fine.

I ORDER A DOZEN T SHIRTS EVERY YEAR .. AND THEY USE TO BE THE FINEST QUALITY AND GOOD FIT...

what a true work shirt should be
I added a couple of shirts for summer to my collection.
Great job Carhartt again, heavy cotton fiber, fits great, plenty of room to reach, stretch and the tail is still tucked in.
Carhartt, keep up the good work.
PS, I am an American and support American Companies that have American employees. United States money stays in American hands.

A great T-Shirt with lots of uses!
The Carhartt T-Shirt is a very comfortable shirt with many uses. I wear them regularly when doing various construction projects. They outlast other Tee shirts I've had by 3 or 4 times. The biggest problem with these shirts is that they are so durable that after a while they accumulate PVC cement and construction adhesive - long before they wear out. Their cost is very reasonable, and they are delivered in a couple of days.

Carhartt, please listen to your reviews!
Carhartt used to be a name you could trust, now your company is sliding down in quality ,fabric and stitching. What a shame that you choose to so. I have 4 men in my family that once bought from you, they all complained about the difference now. poor material, made cheap.. Sorry but you just lost us as a customer after years of buying your wonderful shirts.

Tee Shirts
The tee shirts are thinner and don't hold up like they use too, the last ones I bought, were from a lot of different countries, I always thought CarHartt were USA made, the price at 35% off is the same price as the retail stores, and they are not offering anything off. I'm 64 and have been wearing Carhatt for along time, the quality is not there anymore, I think I'm going to Duluth Shirts, or Dickies.

Nice shirts
Nice shirts. Fit well. A 2X Carhartt fits like a 3X from most other companies. New shirts don't seem as thick as older shirts. I have some that are several years old that feel thicker than the new shirts before they were washed. Other than that very good shirts. I ordered what they referred to as the heavy weight shirt. I ordered shirts in 3 colors and they were all made in different countries.

Saggy around the neck, thin material.
I am really disappointed in the quality of the T Shirts I bought for work. The cloth seemed thin when compared to older Carhartt shirts I still employ. The neck seemed overly large and saggy by the end of the work day. I noticed none were made in the same place, Honduras, Guatemala and Haiti. For the prices Carhart charges I had a higher expectation. It seems once the brand is established... oh well not again.

over view of 20 years of ware
These were five star for years!!
Getting thinner, necks not tight any more. Harder to find 100% cotton, I have a skin reaction to synthetic blends. tThe very reason I switched over years ago.
pockets de-tread the bottom seam with in a year now. Before, you couldn't rip a pocket off
Added colors are good
Need a loose fit rating the is standardized and that applies to loose fit in tall.

Looking for a new brand
I'm just like 99% of the latest reviews here. Carhartt do you see your brand dwindling. My Carhartt's use to last for years and hold their weight and shape. Seemed that for the first several washings they actually got thicker and better. New shirts are very mediocre to be polite. Might as well give Dickies a try... Sad day.

Great for working in Texas heat!
Awesome shirts! Fabric is a heavy cotton that wicks moisture very well. shirts do not wrinkle easy and fight stains very well. If it can stand up to pouring concrete in the Texas heat, its a good shirt. Make sure to buy small, shirts run a little on the big side.

A very good T at a reasonable price
I'm into the Edison/Ford school of fashion, I have one uniform for fall and winter and one for spring and summer. In the later it's a T shirt and shorts almost every day. The T shirt has to be tough and look good. The Carhartt pocket T meets and exceeds both criteria. I've used many other brands and the Carhartt shirts hold up and look better longer. The material is more substantial and holds its shape after multiple washings often involving stain removers and lots of soap. They come in a selection of colors that I like so I'll buy them again and I'd recommend them to a friend. T

I started buying these shirts in 2012 , quality use to be great, but I am very unhappy with new shirts, sticthing in pockets fail, they are clearly thinner and not as heavy as before. shirt stamp is from a different country now. color fades fast on darker shirts and we use Tide. poor quality .

We have found that these are made in various countries and the material is poor at best. we have always liked Carhartt and paid the extra for the great quality. No more! We are done and will purchase a different brand. We have experience the same failing quality in there jeans also.

The Only T-Shirt I Will Wear
The Carhartt K87 is by far my favorite shirt. I can't stand the feel of thinner cheaper materials used by other manufacturers. For years the K87 has been the only short sleeve T-shirt I will wear. I wear one most days all year long. I wear the K87 alone in the Summer. When the weather gets cooler, I wear different color K87 shirts beneath either the K503 or S09 to add color and warmth. I do switch and wear a long sleeve heavy weight Carhartt T-shirt on days that are really cold, either alone or beneath a K503 or S09.

I love the material weight, softness and ruggedness, colors, design and fit. I truly appreciate being able to purchase 2XL Tall sizes. In my opinion, nothing beats Carhartt clothing.

Didn't even need tall
These are good shirts, although they are heavy and you will feel hot in warm climates they are durable because of this and are very worth their price. the best part about them is that even though there are tall sizes made, you may not need tall. I'm 6.4 and they go right past my belt and land at the spot just where I want them. For regular height people you don't have to fear what other people see when you bend over. These are the best and hope they will keep on designing these just like they are. Don't change a thing. Love the colors as well!

Thanks a lot.
I used to enjoy occasionally buying t-shirts for myself. It's nice to get something new. However, you've taken that joy from me. I can still buy work shirts, but they're not wearing out, so I'm just adding to my wardrobe instead of replacing it.
They're durable. They're comfortable. I wear them year round, for work and for leisure. I've had some of them for years, and they're still going strong.
Highly recommended.

What happened to quality?
I have worn these shirts almost exclusively but besides thinner material as others have pointed out my biggest problem by far is almost all the shirts purchased in the last year or so the seams are all coming apart. Threads hanging out all over and have had to have them sewn so as to not waste a shirt. The older ones I still have do not have this issue at all. Giving 3 stars because they used to be better and I still like the fit and comfort and pocket but will not be buying more because of the failed seams.

The Best T-Shirt Ever
I am both big and tall and it's very hard to find shirts that fit me properly. When I do, they are the cheap thin cotton that shrink quickly. I have had such good luck with these Carhartt shirts that I have a ten of them. They are durable and comfortable and look great.

I also buy the Carhartt pocket polo shirts as well. Also a generous fit and look great. For casual work wear, Carhartt is my go-to brand.

Best ever tee for tall
I bought my husband carhartt tee shirts for his birthday. I bought him 10 shirts in assorted colors He was so happy with those shirts because he is 6 foot 7 and most shirts are not long enough to cover his stomach and tuck into his jeans(which are also Carhartt)
The carhartt brand are easy to wash and they keep their color and length,which most other brands DO NOT!!!!!!!!!
Ordering was also easy and shipping over 100.00 dollars is free.
The whole experience was a win win siituation.

Would be real nice to buy a tee without the bottom of the pocket losing the stitching. Hard to keep things in your pocket with anywhere from1/2in to1in of stitching coming out after1 maybe2 wks of wear driving a truck. I could only imagine if I was on a job.site.
I know when I used to haul the dewalt car and the carhartt show cars the pants and tees lasted quite some time.

Normal Sizes way too big!!!
I recently ordered XL size as I normally wear and XL shirt from other brands. Once I received my order I was extremely excited but then I tired them on... The XL fit like it could have been a 2X or 3X, and was just unreasonably baggy. While the looser fit is good I would recommend buying a size lower if you simply want a proper fit while still getting the comfot and durability of the shirt. Returning the XL's and re-ordered the same colours in size L, praying for everything to go smoothly.

American Made and American Quality
I am retired from the building industry. I was a carpenter and we are generally rough on cloths. Now days it is very hard to find Tee shirts that fit AND that last. Carthart makes the BEST Tee Shirts. THey fit properly and they last! Thank You!

Ended up returning 4 shirts

Best Carhartt T-shirt Available
I have been buying these shirts for years and can't wear them out. The chest pocket will make you sad when you DON'T have one of the K87s on and go to put something in the pocket...DOH!? Awesome color selection. Great fit, great heavier cotton material that won't stretch out or rip easy. Collar is firm and fits fairly comfortable around your neck (doesn't stretch out). I wear an XL shirt in every other brand shirt but Carhartt shirts like the K87, a Large fits great. They have a sale on these shirts once a year and I buy 8-10 of them. Will wear them as long as Carhartt keeps making them.

The Work Shirt that beats the rest!
I was able to catch this sale last year and bought 5 shirts, I love them so much I am buying another 5 at this great price. I work for GM in Pre Production Operations and these shirts fits into my schedule very nicely. Whether I have them tucked in or hanging out they work well with my matching work pants. I do heavily recommend them and shall continue to buy them.

Change in material quality?
The K87 is a favorite shirt, and have probably a dozen or more. However, I just purchased (March 2016) several new ones, and it appears that the material is notably thinner/more lightweight than the older version of the same shirt. Remains to be seen if durability will be affected after multiple washings.

Best t-shirts
For the 1st time, I bought 2 of these last summer to replace not-Carhartt worn-outs. These others were touted as unshrinkable and stain resistant. Unshrinking, yes, but stain-resistant, no, due to the finish which also made them not quite breathable or absorbent in the summer sun. So, yours, being plain cotton, breathed, absorbed, and washed stains out well. Yay! Well done, too, are the tough fabric and big color choice.So, I'll be buying some more this summer. Keep up this quality, Carhartt. We need you.

Inconsistent size and quantity
K-87 black shirts I ordered 5 from amazon they were made from 4 different countries I could care less about that I ordered 2x and the shirts fit are all different and the black color is different at my local workwear store the owner lined up black xl shirts one made from each different county and they each looked like different shits sizes and color and thickness and one when he held it up to the light you could see right though it is anything going to be done to fix this I’ve been wearing these shirts for years I would like to continue to buy but this Ridiculous

What happened to the quality
My husband wears nothing but carhartt. I used to buy him shirts occasionally. A year ago I bought him 6 new shirts and he already had some. The new ones already have holes in the pockets and the older ones don't. He doesn't want to change... But I don't want to throw my money away, and he needs more shirts...

Stains
I have used these short sleeve shirts for many years - brand new stains remove not a problem; however, the older a shirt gets stains removal not so easy - the color seems to loose some of its luster, even so these shirts are like comfortable shoes - you always wear them - no matter how they look... My motto "comfort first" how it looks is a far second...

Dads only shirt
My dad has been wearing these for as long as I can remember. We have tried to get him into other brands and he just refuses to wear them. It has to be this shirt with the Carhartt logo pocket and none other. We try to keep new ones for church and special events but for him it does not matter he would wear one of his 5 year old ones any where because they are comfortable and durable.

Not the same shirt
The new K87 shirts manufactured in Guatemala are not the same shirts. These shirts are different then the shirts manufactured in Honduras. They feel and wear differently. Carhartt please correct this problem so that I can start buying these shirts again.

The Fabric is much thinner and lighter weight
I have been buying and wearing Carhartt K-87 T-Shirts for the past 15 years and in the past year my last two purchases most recent March 28th 2015 from Fred Meyer in Roseburg Oregon of the K-87 T-shirt the fabric is lighter weight and thinner I can see right through the fabric. I am very disappointed with the quality of the shirt and fabric. I think I might start buying my shirts from Duluth Trading Company since I have purchased shirts form them and the fabric and quality has not changed. Can you please fix this issue of the lighter and thinner fabric so I can still believe in your product. Thank You a True Carhartt Customer.

Be Carful of Sizing
Every T-shirt I own, regardless of brand, is an XL and fits fine. When I purchased a Carhart XL, I found it was big enough for me and my 2 dogs to fit into, comfortably. Dropped down to an L and everything is right in the universe again. Great shirt but sizing is something to pay attention to.

Decrease in durability
Noticed the country the shirt is made changed. The shirt WAS thicker and more heavy duty. NOW the shirt is thinner and less heavy duty. The shirt is also longer which I don't care for.

15 years old and still wearing it

Not what they used to be
I have been wearing these shirts for the last 9 years.They have been great up to about a year ago, it seems the fabric is getting thinner and the necks are larger. it is getting harder and harder to find the heavyweight fabric shirts. I am hoping they return to their great quality shirts.

Long time fan of Carhartt T-shirts BUT the recent batch of K87's are thinner or lighter weight than my existing K87's (particularly love the older white ones; why did you discontinue white as a color choice?). Also, they seem a bit looser (wider, not longer).

Sorry to be negative, but not as good as they were one or two years ago.

tagless tag peels off and is scratchy
I like most of the things about the carhartt t shirts except the tag located at the neck. As it is washed the gold paint that is used for the tagless tag peels off and is very scratchy. It would be nice if the tag was put down at the waist of the shirt because the neck area is the most sensitive place to put a scratchy tag. The next time I buy T shirts I will look to see if any changes have been made in the tag and will probably buy another brand if the tag is still the same and located at the neck.

Same size isn't same size.
Bought 3 shirts 2 xl reg the same size as the ones "I already owned and wore for years" & which fit just right. On this order one out of the three fit OK but the other two were too small. I had already washed all three or I would have returned. This order (New) I ordered 5ea 3x hoping to get some that fit proper. They were all too big., and of course I had washed prior to wearing. Learned my lesson the hard way. I will not purchase any more of these shirts without trying on first. No internet orders!!

The shirts are the heaviest available from anyone that I know of at this time.

I like the color options and the long or short sleeve options. Plus they are long enough to stay in your pants when you are doing a lot of work that requires bending and kneeling.

I am a big Carhartt fan. This was the first time I bought Carhartt clothes online. The size was fine. Although I was disappointed with the fabric, it didn’t seem as sturdy and heavy as the T-shirts I bought in retail stores. Durable & Long lasting
Carhartt does a wonderful job with making t-shirts that feels that it will last a lifetime. I’ve got a couple of tees and will only continue to buy more. I wear a size medium but found out that a size small actually fits better. So sizing can be a little difficult. I do advise going to your nearest store that sells carhartt and try on their products to get a better idea of what size really fits you. Awesome product! Highly recommended!

you need to do some quality control
i recieved 4 of these shirts all out of haiti ..all were in poor condition very scratchy material and poor material none of them were the same size all were of very poor qality one had a small hole near the neckline area...i recently bought these that were made in honduras and guatemala that were in great condition all true to sizing...due to the gamble of these being manufactured again in haiti i will purchase another brand

I Prefer the Henley
I like Carhartt shirts because of their length and because I like the heavy cotton. They're pretty much my wardrobe in the spring and summer. I find the neck a little small on the T-shirt, though, so I find the henley to be more comfortable.

A Great Shirt, be careful when ordering...
First, DO NOT go by Carhartt's fit guide. It is way off, for this shirt anyway. I am 5'9" 205lbs and they suggested an XL Tall. That shirt was like a nightgown. It was absolutely HUGE. I would say it's a 3X in any other shirt brand. Second, if you buy the heavyweight shirt, be prepared. I'm pretty sure that shirt could stop a bullet. It's also very hot. I live in Florida, so I should have known better. Other than that, they are very durable and comfortable. They last wash after wash. I ordered some lightweight shirts and they will be arriving today. Look for my review on them.

Love Carhartt
My husband & I love your work shirts! They fit well, look good, wash well (the color does not fade after repeated washings) & are durable.

Best pocket tee
Best pocket tee out there, great to store cell phone duration tee holds up to the e travel weight of a phone or wallet. If summer no jackets the e training storage of the pocket comes in handy. Strong durable material and colors that stand up to many washings. Just a great shirt for the money.

Thanks for the awesomeness
Since the first time I owned a Carhartt pocket T-shirt I have thought them to be the best. They are very comfortable and longlasting and they maintain their shape. Now that I know I can order them from the website my life is so much easier...no more running around trying to find colors and sizes.

Absolutely Huge
Was very disappointed with my recent order of these shirts. I have been buying them for years but this time they have obviously messed with the sizing because I have always bought medium in several different colors and the fit has been great. This time they are at least 3" wider and the sleeves don't fit right either. Even after washing and drying they are still huge.

Best work shirt
These shirts are tough as nails! They can get pretty warm in high humidity climates where they don’t dry out. A typical shirt at my work will last little less then a year but these easily last 2+ years getting washed once a week!

Too hot!!!
Construction workers have to be out in the heat and humidity. They are also required to wear the bright colored ones and the ones with synthetic in them makes them way too hot. Can't you make one that's 100% cotton and lightweight!

Heavy T-shirt, great quality
I usually wear a XL, but with these I went with a large, and after drying it in a hot dryer it shrinked to fit just right. These shirts are heavy, both the short sleeve and the long sleeve, which fit just the same. Good length if you tuck your shirt in. Great overall tshirts.

Size down for a better fit.
I rated 4 out of 5 because of sizing. The shirt fits extremely big. Maybe 1 or 2 sizes bigger. I'm a short guy about 5'5" roughly 160 lbs and I usually wear a size large and medium on shirts, but I had to go with a size small on this shirt. However, Comfort and quality is good. I wish you guys can make a USA made version. Thanks

The perfect t shirt.

Awesome shirt ... but Know your size!
Purchased 2 so far and noticed that the sizing is bigger than what I expected. I am 6 ft 3 inch tall and Weigh 226lbs . I usually wear an XL and bought one in Blue only to feel like I was wearing a poncho! I gave it a wash and Noticed that the material DOES NOT shrink so that's a plus. I purchased a Black shirt in size " L " and it fit perfect! So perfect that I haven't stopped wearing it the minute it comes out of the wash! Awesome shirt ... But Know your size!

I received a Defective item
Had armpit stains after the first use. Discolored the shirt. I've worn the same deodorant for years and have never had this happen before. This shirt was not dyed properly. I would consider this to be a defective shirt

The perfect tshirt
Well, the reason you see so many guys wearing this shirt out on the job site, in the coffee shops or even walking down the street is because it is the perfect tshirt. My only advice is to go down a size from what you normally wear. And the shirt is longer than normal to prevent plumber's crack

Pick color that hides dirt and shirt will last long time.
Most colors are strong heavy duty and wear forever. A few colors are softer and good only for bed wear. One or two colors wear out quickly from the dye. Darker colors seam to last the longest(except black).

I really like the appearance and quality of the shirts that I own. My only issue is that I own both medium and large size shirts because I originally had the medium as it fits close to my body as I do some of my technical work. I wanted a little more relaxed fit as well so i bought the large size. Wow, there is a large difference between the two size shirts that I have. I still enjoy wearing it, but I feel like there was an very extreme jump from med to large.

Great shirts. I wear these daily and they last a while. They may fade a little bit after multiple washes, but the material holds up well. The only downside is the pockets on the shirts tend to get holes at the bottom for no reason. The stitching seems a little weak.

Nice shirt, not true to size
Shirt is great, but the sizing is absurd. I ordered two mediums, and even after shrinking them in the wash, they were massive. There was also a substantial difference in size between the two shirts I bought, despite them both being a medium. I'd say the true sizes were one L, and one XL, which customers should keep in mind when buying.

A t-shirt that doesn't fall apart after a couple washings. What a concept. Nice heavy cotton that doesn't shrink when wahing/drying either. I'm 5' 10, 180 lbs and the medium size fits perfectly. Very pleased with them, especially when bought on sale.

An ok work shirt.
This is a comfortable shirt, just that the description doesn't say exactly which Heather grey was 100% cotton .... I ordered the one I thought was 100%cotton and received 60/40 cotton poly. Tends to be a bit warm at times, tho it is bearable.
The sizing for these is a little off as well. I ordered mediums and I am almost swimming in them. I suggest getting a smaller size if you want to order these shirts.

I have exclusively worn these shirts for over 31 years, for working in extreme elements.
These durable shirts are the perfect fit for any job. They last longer than any other shirt I have ever put through the test. They are exactly the size I ordered, not too large or too small. Many shirts claim they are a certain size, only to find out that they are too small across the chest or too short in the sleeve length.

Thick, Comfortable, But Sizing varies between Orgin
I have bought these shirts for years and always get the same size(XL). They fit perfect other than if the shirt was made/comes from anywhere else other than Honduras they fit tight around the neck like your wearing a dog collar... And my neck has not changed in diameter

Great Value shirt that will last
I really like my Carhartt Pocket T-shirts. They are very comfortable and should last a long time. They are a slightly thicker material so they hang off your body and don't hug you too tight. My only complaint is that where the sleeve is sown over it crinkles because it wasn't sown over completely straight.

Runs very large!
My new favorite t-shirt!. But be forewarned -- they run VERY large. I wear a 2XL in any shirt. I bought this tee in a 2XL and it was like wearing a maternity top, it was ginormous. Took a chance and returned it for an XL and the XL fits perfectly. I really like the fact that it also runs an inch or two longer, so no "plumber's crack" problems and it sits perfectly if you don't tuck 'em in like I wear 'em. But selecting the correct size will definitely be a challenge.

No longer a quality or durable product
Carhartt used to make these t-shirts thick , durable and of good quality. Now they have changed the thickness and quality of the t-shirt material. These t-shirts are no longer being manufactured with that same thickness and durable t-shirt material. I was also quite surprised to see that they are having their t-shirts manufactured in 5 different countries, none of which are the USA.

comfortable in a wheelchair
My husband looks good and is comfortable in this shirt. A good pocket is essential as he is in a wheelchair and has no access to pants pockets. He always was a big guy, and I can get this shirt on him without strain while he is sitting in his chair.

Bring back the 2013 templates!
The cut of the sizes has changed. The 2x talks are no longer as big in the shoulders and the sleeves are two inches longer than they used to be. The 3x templates have also changed making these shirts less desirable. I worked with the local store owner for an hour going over these issues.

Quality t-shirt but wish it was longer
My husband puts clothing to the test and Carhartt has served him well. The t-shirt is comfortable & feels solid. The 3 stars is because after washing it shrunk up almost 3 inches in length. We need real talls and they are so hard to find. We ordered 2XL Tall and it was 35" before washing and just over 32" after drying. We would pay more if you offered extra tall since it would still cost less than Polo pocket t-shirts. Those are the only ones that remain 35" in length which is what he needs.

My husband is very tall and I have a hard time finding a t-shirt that is long enough to cover the bend over butt crack. I ordered several of these shirts in different colors and the look and length was great in the beginning, but after the first wash they shrunk in length so the search goes on.

The finest work or casual wear clothing on the market.
I own one of these shirts. I have had it for well over 10 years now. It is still my favorite T in my closet. Tough and durable but now mostly faded! Go figure - it has been washed over 1000 times by now. Today I am buying 4 more - they are on sale! - a lifetime supply. Try just one and I'll bet you'll feel the same - C. Love these shirts.
I love these shirts as they arenâ??t too big and arenâ??t too small. I have over a dozen. There is one small thing I am disappointed by and that is the stitching on the bottom portion of the shirt pocket unravels over time and things fall out. I donâ??t know what about the way the pocket is sewn on makes this happen on almost all the shirts, but it would be handy if it got fixed! The rest of the shirts wear incredibly well - no stretched out collars or undone seams after over a year of heavy wearing and use. Great shirt - just fix the pocket!

I started wearing these T shirt many years ago, I first purchased a used one at a thrift store and fell in love with them, they wear well and they are big enough to move around in, A truck driver needs to sometimes swing his arms and these never bind up my arms, I think I have almost every color! I'm a fan of Carhartt clothing in general and was not surprised to get these and like them. They are a slightly heavier-weight compared to the Lightweight (K284) but also a different fit. Wish they would have mentioned that bit...

These are an 'original fit' which is slightly longer an slightly 'roomier' around the mid-section compared to the 'relaxed fit' of the lightweight shirt (K284).

Overall definitely will be getting some more.

Picky husband.
My husband is very picky about his t-shirts and sweatshirts. We were introduced to Carhartt brand clothing when we moved to a very cold climate and noticed so many men wearing this brand. The t-shirts are great! The length is enough to tuck well into his denims, he has a pocket for his always present pen. They wash so well and maintain the size and length when purchased. Hard to find this quality!

They're Carhartt Pocket T's
I Love my CH pocket Tee's, I usually buy them when they are at Costco's, but they do not have it in all the colors or not in my size. But when they emailed me the special they were having, I went and bought 6. They were shipped and recieved quickly, great service.
I am a General Contractor and love the heavy duty material that they use. I have some shirts where the collars are worn out, but still wear them, I do have to make excuses, like I am painting or doing dirty work. But now that I have these new ones, I have to retire the worn out ones, maybe I can use them to wash my truck? Anyway, you will not be dissapointed, truly comfortable, and long lasting.

I love these t-shirts, the pocket is strong and holds my glasses, pencils and pens, without ripping. The only complaint I have is the neck begins to fray after repeated washings and makes a perfectly good t-shirt look shabby. I hope carhartt will correct this problem.

i have a few of these shirt, they fit very well and are very comfortable, good in the winter because they hold in a little heat but not to much so you can still wear them in the summer. have gotten one of mine caught in the wire wheel and it was fine, a normal shirt would have been done. these shirts are nice enough for semi formal events and tough enough to work in

Buy this shirt
This is by far the best t-shirt I have ever purchased. I punish my clothes in concrete construction and have not worn through my 8 year old t-shirt yet. Because of that I have bought more. Nice thick construction. Little warm in the summer, but hey, that's what the work dry shirts are for right? The only holes I have in this shirt after 8 years of work is from welding spatter.

Slow to fade and hard to rip.
The only bad thing I can say is after you wear the shirt 15-20 times if you use the pocket the stitching comes out of it. I usually keep a hand held GPS in the pocket at work and probably have it in and out 100 times a day.

Careful when choosing size!
My husband usually takes a large t shirt. I ordered large for him and couldn't believe the enormous proportions of this "large" shirt. It looked like a pup tent! I had also order a small men's shirt for my son. The small t shirt fit my husband, big belly and all. Be very careful when choosing sizes on these tee's.
The quality of the shirt is otherwise very good.

Great lasting for the money
these shirts hold up 100 times better then other compancys shirts , i switched about a year ago and still going strong with a few of the first one i started with and they dont show any wear of use at work ..

Fits great, Many colors, affordable, durable and comfortable.
Great shirt, very affordable, one of their cheaper shirts. I own many in different colors, actually this shirt is what I wear mostly during the work week. Fits true to size. Shrinks very little almost unnoticeable. They offer tall versions for most sizes which gives an extra two inches if you need it or wanna tuck your shirt in. Can color coordinate the shirts with their beanie selections. Pocket convienent for wallet, notepad, pens/pencils, or car keys or a few granola bars when your on the go lol

It's very big not designed for jobs with snare hazards, great for hot or cold weather, the light green color is highly visible but not low light reflecting, great for night work, but not road construction, emergency vehicle/roadside assistance, or lumber/forestry work. I typically wear a large and won't wear shorts unless they cover my knees, in other words I prefer loose clothes.... I'm going to try a medium, I'd say order a size small, shirts also don't shrink so don't bank on it.

Awesome T-shirt
Best T-shirt I’ve been able to find on the market for 5 years. I like the weight and durability of the shirts even in 95+ degree weather. The cotton blend is just enough wick away sweat and hold its shape after multiple wash/dry cycles. Like these Tees enough to purchase 9 more.

Good Quality
I ordered six shirts online. It was the first time I’ve ever ordered shirts from Carhartt online. The quality, style, and cut were what I have come to expect from Carhartt. However, the color of one of the shirts (Gray) was not adequately represented on the site. I returned that shirt but have kept the other five and are happy with them.

Great Looking Tee with a Pocket to Boot!
I highly reccomend this T-shirt. The side seams are a great plus and the pocket always comes in handy. They are very durable and I feel proud wearing them. The only recommendation I would make is for Carhartt to make all the colors in at least 90% cotton/10% Polyester or a 60/40 blend in all colors. Other than that, These shirts are spot on!

Great Looking Work Shirt

Best Work shirt on the market.
We live on 12 acres and my husband is out in the elements all the time. These shirts are the only ones I have found that hold up to the demands that he puts on shirts. They wash up nicely, the are very durable and they feel nice wash after wash, they are the best.

Go to shirt for everyday wear!
This is my boyfriends favorite style and brand of shirt! He has one in almost every color! The best part about them is they are durable and last a long time! Cheap Materials, Bad Stitching
Over the last 15 years. this used to be my stand-by tee shirt because of the quality (heavy duty cotton material and good stitching), but not anymore. These are now made with inferior materials.

Great shirt except for the ones made in Haiti. Quality control issue or something. All of them run slightly bigger except the Haiti made shirts which run super small. Which makes it a pain when ordering online when you wear a small in shirts made everywhere but Haiti and you can't control what you get

Tough T-Shirt
I have purchased multiple colors of the K87 and love them. Not a thin wimpy t-shirt. The shirt is thick and durable. Remains this way despite multiple washings. Color is true and have not had any issues with fading. Big and tall sizes run true to size.

Great new colors!
I recently purchased the dark cobalt heather blue and very happy with the color. In the past I've had trouble with the color on these shirts fading. I don't think I'll have the same issue here with the heather pattern allowing things to even out. Very nice new options!

Great work shirt
These work shirts are an excellent value and the sizing is great. I am a 3XL-Tall and the length of these shirts does not disapoint even after multiple times washing and drying.
I know the young gal's look great with a little midsection showing, but you don't want to see that on guys my size! The shirt only got 4 stars on comfort because the cotton is rough at first. It gets softer with multiple washings.

Rugged T-Shirt
These shirts are perfect for year round comfort and versatility. They stand up well to the rigors of out door work in the summer and provide extra warmth in the winter. The pocket is perfect for holding glasses and pens on the job. They wash well, have little shrinkage, maintain their color through multiple washings and last much longer than conventional T-shirts.

Great Work Shirts
My fiance wears these for work. The shirts are high quality, good sturdy fabric and withstand multiple washes (I wash his shirts after each use and he only has 5, so they get washed quite a bit). He did have an issue with a couple of the shirts getting holes in the bottom. He carries a pocket knife and the clip rubbed on the shirt (over the span of about 4 weeks) and created small holes in the fabric where it caught. Other than that, the shirts have been great. True to size, and aren't too short or too long.

This one is a winner
This tee is a winner, hands down. I have been purchasing these for years, usually 6 per order.
Husband is 6'1, 240lbs and does not like anything fitting tight. Needs to stay cool in the brutal FL summer humidity.

Good shirt
I like the shirt overall. Seems to be well made, and I think it will last. But the color isn't anywhere near what the picture on the website showed. I had bought one at a local store to see if I liked it. I wanted the same color as they will be used as a work uniform. I picked the color on the computer that best matched. When they arrived, it was completely different. Do to time limitations, I could not return them and had to accept them as is. I looked for some type of color code on the original shirt and could not find one. That would help instead of relying on a picture on the computer. Be careful when picking color.

Experiment with size.
Shirts run large, they are loose regular 2X, went with 2XLTall way too loose, will work over long underwear long sleeve tee or sweatshirt. Ordered XL Tall should be perfect. I'm loosing weight, good too, experimenting with size.

The workwear pocket t-shirts were for my husband. He was very pleased with his purchase. He has worn the t-shirts for many years and wanted to get some new ones. Thank you for your help, we received them the day we were told we would which was great. He would recommend them because they wear very well and wash nicely.

Having to return for a large size because my husband lost so much weight and I ordered an extra large. We both love the shape and the way it fits and the material is soft and comfortable. I wash & dried one to see if it would then fit. It stayed the same and we were pleased.

Best work shirt EVER period.

Thinner Material
These have the original fit I like (a little looser on the body), but the material feels thinner than Carhartt's graphic t-shirts. They feel cheaper overall. Still a decent shirt, just wish I had only ordered 1 and not 5.

Watch your size
The product is of great quality! However, the size is all wrong. I am a big guy 6 feet around 250lbs. I ordered 2x tall t-shirts. Now I live in t-shirts, the tall was right on, but the 2x is HUGE. It is like wearing a 4x shirt. Now I get it, having a little extra room for work and being able to move, but this is ridiculous I would have been better off with just plain x-large. Live and learn.

Perfect for work
I work in a Clean Room and we are not allowed to wear scrubs. Your work wear T's are perfect. the room is climate controlled I don't get sweaty or too cool. They stand up to the rubbing on the shoulders where the clean room suits hang on me.

Only shirts my fiance will wear.

Great shirt for outdoor use
I have 2 of these bought from a retailer, and absolutely love them. They are heavier weight and hold up well to outdoors and the wash. They do run a little large, which is ok by me since I sweat a lot and the extra space is good for ventilation. The beefier material is also good for some degree of wind protection and cooler weather use.

Quality has deteriorated significantly
I have been buying carhartt T shirts and pants for work for 30 years. In the past 5 years, the quality has really deteriorated. Bought several B87 shirts, all manufactured from different countries, all fit differently and the necks have all stretched way out of shape after a few washings. I always bought Carhartt because of the quality, but I will not buy them with anymore unless quality improves.

I bought several different colors of this shirt. They all look good & fit well ! Very durable fabric, soft to touch but strong to last through day in & day out hard work. Great length so now my husband can tuck the shirt in & not worry about it becoming un-tucked with stooping or bending over !! My husband wears these shirts year round & has worn them for years !

Make a Medium Tall
Purchased this shirt for my husband - he loves it, but it does run rather large. He is 6'7 205 lbs and normally wears a large, so I opted for the large tall. It is very loose, so I recommend sizing down. I would also like to ask Carhartt to consider making a tall in your medium size as well .

I love Carhartt’s essential workwear, because they are perfect for just dailywear as well! I bought one for my boyfriend and for myself, because they are super soft and comfy. The shirt was not true to size as the hoodies I bought last time, but I still loved it! The color was on point and the quality of the materials was good! Almost Perfect
Overall, I would say that they are great shirts to own. I happen to have about 10 in different colors, but they are oddly inconsistent. Despite being the same style and the same design, some will fit differently with larger sleeves or be a slight bit more baggy in general. Also I'm a big guy so I mostly wear an extra large, but it should be noted that these run rather large, and so I would get one size smaller. That being said, they're good, thick, versatile shirts, and some of my favorite.

Nice Shirt but...

Love Carhartt
I love Carhartt pocket t-shirts.. I've got some that were made 3 yrs ago.. I've also have winter wear bibs an jacket 10 yrs old still I wouldn't trade them for any other..

Big Tough Shirt
This shirt is great for just simply "doing stuff." The material isn't anything special, but it's good quality and provides protection from normal hazards. The "tall" sizes are a bit big--my XL Tall fits just slightly too big for my taste and I'm 6'2" 230lbs. But it doesn't hurt the function of the shirt.

Must have in our wardrobe.
I mean what is there to say?! , this shirt is a must have in all of the men's wardrobe in my house. The ladies even wear them to work around the house because they are so comfortable and lightweight. They last forever, unless a hole is formed from an accident but otherwise, the fabric is amazing!

ONLY BRAND I TRUST
Carhartt brand shirts are the only brand shirts I trust after several failed experiences with competitor brands. These shirts are extrememly rugged and just feel sturdy when your wearing them. They do run rather large... I normally wear a xl tall, but in these a large tall fits perfect. I own about 12 at this point and will probably never need to purchase another one in this life time. Thanks Carhartt!

We certainly recommend this product.
Very good quality. The t-shirt pocket is precisely square on the top left of the t-shirt. And its length definitely will not come out of your pants if you wear it tucked-in. We were glad to have found Carhartt because our old personal supplier stopped making it and became difficult to find it at stores and on-line.

I live in this shirt
My favorite was the 100% cotton blends but I tried the gray 90/10 blend and its remarkably cooler. As someone with age and girth, I don't change easily but this shirt won me over. After washing it looks great and helps me stay cool

All around Best
I was a machinist for 42 years. Carhartt was the only brand brand I couldn't wear out. Very comfortable and strong shirts. If you think Carhartt is pricey, think again. Over time you will be spending 2 - 3 times more on the cheaper brands.

Over all this t-shirt is great. I thought it was a little bit big at first, but after washing it, it fit perfectly.
The fabric is not quite as soft as my normal "go to" work t-shirts, but that's no big deal to me and will be gradually swapping out my old work shirts for Carhartt ones.

Great work shirts.... I ordered 4 different colors and two of each... the gripe I have is that the fit is roomy but based on the country they were made... not the USA...the shirts vary in size... I can wear one that fits well with room to move one day and be swimming in another color the next day... but believe me... they will shrink over time for a very comfortable fit.
I love Carhartt anything and wish more if the items were made in our great country...but you can't beat the Carhartt brand for durability!

Best shirt ever.
This is an amazing shirt. I wear them practically every day, I am wearing one now. Perfectly durable and beefy, great for working in the summer as well as any season. Looks great with any Carhartt Jacket or Coat, and as I only use it by itself, it could just as easily be used as a layer under a collared shirt or whatnot. One thing I love is the collar. Nice and comfortable, but won't sag or fall an inch. Hanes Tees always get droopy after a few washes, but after wearing these for over a year, these'll never let you down. If you need a good solid, durable, comfortable shirt, this is the one for you. Carhartt quality and reliability at it's very finest. A must have tee! I'm 6 foot 1 and about 200lbs, so I wear a Medium. These fit nice and roomy, but not too baggy. Definitely the best tee shirt I've ever worn.

Quality Worth Paying For
This T-Shirt is worth the money. The colors do not fade until after about a year's worth of wear and tear and cold water washings. The 100% cotton material is of great quality and very durable. This is the only T-shirt my husband will wear. If you are 6' or taller make sure you order the big and tall size so it will stay tucked in your jeans. BEST product ever. quality shirt
this shirt is heavier than all my other tees. you can tell just by feel that it wont rip on the first thing you snag on. the only bad things i have to say is that the emblem stitches fray and i usually wear a large and the medium was huge other than that quality product.

Can feel the Carhartt difference
Until recently, most of my T-sirt collection could be found on the self of my local department store. Having said that, when I discovered te Carhartt difference, I kicked myself for not making the change sooner. The bottom line is this; Carhartt quality iand comfort is unchallanged by anything I've found . The K87 comes in a variety of colors and most of all; they come in TALLS. Wow a T-shirt i can finally tuck in!

The only T's I will wear
I have been wearing Carhartt for over 25 yrs. I have a doz of these T's, some are several yrs old. I have never had 1 come apart at the seem or wear out. The colors do fade after awhile, the pockets often wont keep a pencil and I usually put a hole in all of em where my "not as skinny as I used to be" catches on a sharp nail. I really like the heavyweight material used in these and Xl fits a big boy pretty good.

This person is part of our Field Testing program and may have received this product for free. We operate one of the most rigorous field testing programs in the business.

Top Notch Pocket T
My K87 Pocket T-Shirt purchase was my Christmas gift to myself. And I was very pleased with my purchase. The colors were rich and did not fade when washed. The Classic
This t-shirt is the only one I wear (or need) for work. I keep 6-10 at any given time and have probably had 100 or more over the years. The right fit for work, durable fabric, good sleeve length. If you need talls like me they are long enough to stay tucked in. My request would be for Carhartt to also offer the exact same shirt without the pocket, and more color choices in the tall sizes. Otherwise don't change a thing.

My Dad loves them

Great Workshirt
I wear these shirts when I don't have to wear my company shirts. They fit my 6'2" 200 lbs. frame perfectly. I usually wear a size large but with these I wear a medium because of the style. A normal medium would be much to short for me but with Carhartt it is a different story. I get a shirt that fits me right, is the perfect length, the collar also fits my neck perfectly without leaving a large gap between my neck and the shirt, and has good sleeve length. These shirts are also extemely durable, they are much heavier and thicker than a normal t-shirt, perfect for a work shirt.

Good shirt, but way bigger than I thought it would be.
I purchased a different shirt in the same size and it fit great; this one ran quite a bit bigger, but I think that's my fault for not noticing it was of the original size criteria from Carhartt.

Best Available Pocket T-Shirt
For Trustworthy Quality & Durability there is no other better product. I believe you get your money's worth. I wear a Carhartt Color Pocket-T under my outerwear/dress shirt for secure extra pocket. When worn with outerwear makes for hidden, safe, second or third pocket (depending on the dress shirt). That's were I put my CellPhone and a pocket note pad and retractable pen.

No other Pocket T-Shirt is better made, nor yet has a better color selection to color-match or color complement your dress shirt .

I do the same with other brands to a similar effect; but my first choice, and Go-To brand and model is Carhartt's Workwear Pocket T-Shirt. It's also a comfort-zone shirt choice for me.

Great
I've tried the Force Delmont and The Forces Extreme shirts and compared them all. By far this is one of the best to work in. The type of work I've done is them is work at a warehouse and cut a tree down. Out of the few jobs I've done. These held up great.

Workwear Pocket Short Sleeve T-Shirt
I've been wearing these for years in my shop and for outdoor yard work. Carhartt T-shirts are the most durable work shirts I've found. Short sleeve in the summer and long sleeve in the winter.

Killer t-shirts!
Considering the price point and quality. I will not wear anything else other than these shirts. Perfect fit and heavy duty quality.
As someone who doesn’t wear it for work, and just for daily I use I dropped down two sizes. I’m 5’9” and 180lbs. Normally wear an xl comfortably but sized down to a medium with enough room.

Functional & comfortable
Functional and a quite comfortable T-Shirt. Love the front pocket. It’s thicker than usual shirts I own but that’s also something I love about it. Doesn’t feel like it could rip so easily. Good quality impression. Comes a bit bigger than other shirts. Usually I wear large but I went for medium with this one...
The cherry on top would be making the shirts out of organic cotton and in the USA. I would love that and would rate 10 stars.

A rugged work shirt

Been wearing work ware pocket t,s for years. The tall size is great. Bought on line for a better selection of color and size. The on line purchasing system and delivery worked well. I purchased these for my husband. He has a huge beer belly and his old t-shirts are too short and too tight. I like the Carhartt shirts because they are long. He told me that they are popular with construction, plumbers, etc because of the length.I want to add that my husband loves them as well. It's nice to be able to order on line. Nice option that they have a breast pocked (which my husband likes). When washed, they maintain their shape and the seams don't shift. I am very pleased

Perfect everyday shirt
My husband and I own our business and use these shirts (with our logo) as our uniform. This is a REAL shirt with weight to it, not the light girly gym shirts you find everywhere now. When you do hard/hot work, you don’t want to rip through the shirt. We know these shirts will take a beating and be fine. This is the true WORKER shirt and at a great price.

Just Right
These were a Christmas gift for my husband. He had been given a couple of the shirts but size L. He said he really liked the feel of the material. They were a little small but he wore them around the house. So I bought him his real size and a tall. They are long enough for him now. I would recommend them for anyone especially those who like to wear t-shirts with a pocket on the or just plain.

Only T-Shirt in the closet!!!!!!
The Pocket T-Shirt (hunter green) is well made and the color stays through many washings. I like the tall as it leave plenty of room for my belly and still long enough to eliminate plumbers crack.
Watch out for the blue color it seams to run a little smaller for some reason.

My husband will not wear anything but the Carhartt pocket tees to work around our farm. Although somewhat pricey, they do last a long time. I did luck up and catch these on sale right in time for Father's Day and was able to order two extra shirts because of the price reduction. The only thing I've noticed is that the darker colors tend to fade pretty fast but my husband is out in the sun and this is probably to be expected. We also like the fact that this shirt comes in Tall, which accommodates his long back and keeps it from riding up.

Five stars for the same quality we've come to expect with the Carhartt brand pocket tee shirt. Would would definitely recommend this line of workwear.

Everyday wear shirt
I've bought my husband 4 of these over the last year and they're his favorite work shirts. Working a boatyard, sometimes you want to be seen. The brighter colors work amazing instead of having to wear an extra layer of vest. He loves these!

Great quality
I've never had a bad Carhartt t-shirt. Latest batch is no exception, bought 5 and all are an excellent fit. These t-shirts are meant to be working t-shirts, just thick enough to be worn by themselves in cooler weather but not too heavy not to be worn in warmer weather. The perfect solution if you wear t's a lot, and in temps 60-100 degrees. And the color choice is outstanding.

Great T-Shirt
This is by far the best all around t-shirt I have ever bought. They are made of a slightly heaver and tougher grade of material and it really make a difference in how they hold up. Light enough for summer, yet heavy enough to ware right under my Carhartt coat in the dead of winter and still be warm. They stay tough even after several washes, and they never shrink or fade. Great selection of colors and sizes with a handy pocket to boot. I will buy more!

Your search for a the best t-shirt is over

Best T-Shirt I Have Tried

Used to wear another brand, never again
Carhartt Tshirts are the best on the market as far as I am concerned. I also buy from Duluth Trading but I do not need the extra length for all occasions. I was purchasing Dickies Tshirts for years until they changed the styles. Dickies shortened the sleeve lengths and added a space in the pockets for a pen. The problem with the pen addition was, they should have made the pockets wider to accommodate the pens. Carhartt shirts from here on.

I purchased them before, about 6 months before i ordered these new ones, both in extra large. the ones i purchased 6 months ago fit perfect, the tee's you asked me to write a review about, the most recent tee's are way to big. i checked the size on each of the shirts and they were all extra large on the labels so i washed them. went to wear one a couple of days later and that's when i realized that they were this big on me. I really wish there is some way to rectify this situation.

CARHART T-SHIRT
Probably the best shirt I have in my closet. For a while now I buy only Carhart.. Size, fit, and durability come to mind with these shirts. Carhart also sells these shirts and all their wear in big and tall sizes which is just what I need.

Good product
Have liked Carhartt t-shirts for a long time, lost a little weight to replacing a couple with a smaller size. The label on the pocket was poorly attached with loose thread hanging. Hope Carhartt is not going to lower it's quality standards.

Best T-Shirt On The Planet
I own some of the best clothes in the world, but I never feel more like myself than when I'm wearing this t-shirt. Fabric, fit, comfort, durability, looks.........It's a killer.

these shirt are the best i have ever worn,to have a pocket is one of the best features that i like.the shirts are very durable and hold there color and shape. they take wash after wash and hold up well.

I Live In These Shirts
As a full-time retiree, I have plenty of leisure time on my hands. My daily "wardrobe" consists primarily of old baseball caps, swim trunks, water shoes, and these shirts. I have been wearing Carhartt K-87 pocket t-shirts daily for many years, and I have yet to have one fail me (i.e., give out at the seams; neckline stretched out; get holes). I buy several more (in black or navy) each year, but I have yet to throw one away. I use the oldest ones for the really grungy jobs around the house. This shirt gets my highest recommendation: BUY IT. It's a "die hard" shirt for sure.
