Love them but not consistent
I have been wearing these Henley shorts for years and have bought them from several places and the one thing that bothers me the most is that they are different depending where I buy them. The first ones I bought were thick in material and the size I bought fit great. Now, wherever I buy them they are not as thick and the same size I have been buying and have on hand fit different than the ones I buy now. The new ones fit a lot more lose. but the same size I have for years fit great. My question is there different levels of quality on the Henley shirts? I bought 4 new ones last year and not happy with them as they are too large and the thickness is not what I have now. I plan on giving those away. I just purchased 2 shirts through Carhartt web site and those too do not fir and thinner material. I believe I may look for a different brand that is more consistent when I purchase them. Keep in mind I have around 15-20 Carhartt Henley shirts in my closet now.

Good Purchase
I purchased 3 of these shirts in anticipation for a trip I'll be taking up North and I love everything Carhartt,since it's all I've ever worn when I lived up North.I figuered it would be perfect for my travels during this winter.

Great Shirt
I have become a follower of the philosophy of buying local. There is a great store in the town, here, where I live in Maine that is a Carhartt dealer. The store is great, and locally owned, but I buy Carhartt because of the quality and value. This shirt, in my opinion, is Carhartt's flagship longsleeve t-shirt. It doesn't shrink, it keeps up well after multiple washings and the price is good for what is purchased. I will never buy cheaper quality shirts again.

Baggy sleeves
Good looking color and overall pretty comfortable. But, the upper sleeves are very loose, especially compared to the lower part of the sleeves by the cuffs.

VERY disappointed!
Quality has certainly gone down since you are manufacturing these shits in Honduras and Guatamala! Bring it back to the US or you will be losing customers! We are returning 4 out of 6 shirts! Used to be favorite brand, BUT NOT anymore!

Sturdy / Nice Looking
Great looking shirt. The "workwear" fabric never disappoints. Very durable, easy to wash as well. Color stays true through multiple washes. True to size, great length in torso and arms, fits nicely across average size shoulders as well.

I work in construction and have found these shirts to be extremely comfortable. The weather where I live gets very cold. The shirts keep me warm without any bulk. My wife likes them because they are easy to keep clean and they outlast any other shirts that I have gotten. I would recommend these shirts. And have also given some away as gifts..

I’m a heavier guy but not very tall. 5’10 and 200 lbs. I was super excited to get the shirts. They’re rad just super long. I’m gonna wash them and hopefully they shrink a little bit but it looks like I’m gonna be ordering a M instead of a L

Tough & Comfy
Great shirt all around. I work for a tree service and I am constantly getting 'poked' by branches, haven't ripped one of these shirts yet. Comfortable, fits well and also important to me, washes very well, holds it's shape and doesn't shrink.

What I enjoy about my Carhartt clothing.
I wear my shirt as part of the clothing when I workout at the gym, I also wear them to around the house and to the local stores. The shirts fit well and look very good, on any one ! My opinion . Would truly think you will not be disappointed when you receive and wear the shirts you order .

i like them for working out doors in the winter months but the summer months they are way to heavy and hot that's when i switch to the Carhartt relaxed fit jersey they are lighter and cooler and the relaxed fit sizing runs more true to fit, but i like them both just depends on the time of year.

Nice Shirts
i love these shirts, they are warm and soft to the touch. they fit good before washing them, but after washing them they are a tighter fit, but are still very good shirts. i may have tried the xxl to have them shrink to the xl size i purchased.But for the most part they are stylish, and come a verity of colors. also these can be used under a regular shirt and be just a comfortable.

Long sleeve Henley
I wear the short sleeve Henleys for work every day but when I started having to work out in the elements more I had to have the long sleeve Henleys also. I real like the fit and feel of the looking sleeve for winter.

Henley Medium runs big 28x22
Henley's always seam to shrink a lot so I bought Size Medium After about 6 wash and dries
Medium measures; 28" tall x 22"wide Sleeve Length 24.5"L
I'm 5'10",38"dia., chest 165lbs. The shirt is just a little too big especially in the length. I find it to be about 1-2" too long unless you like to tuck your shirt in. I don't like to tuck it in and find that the extra length gets caught on stuff(building materials,machinery) when I'm working. The shirts materials and quality seams great. My opinion the chest pocket isn't necessary. It just gets full of dust and wood chips.

Long sleeved Henley shirts
I ordered seven of these shirts for my husband, both short sleeved and long sleeved. He wears an XL Tall. The color desert in both long and short sleeves were 3" shorter in length than the other colors. Overall, he loves the look and quality of the shirts.

I ordered the Large Tall size and holy cow I was swimming in it! It was way too long too, usually tall sizes are prefect length. I am 6'3, 210 pounds. Gonna return it and try a Medium I guess? Too bad Carhartt doesn't make Medium Tall. Or I need to stop working out and eat some burgers...

This long sleeve Carhartt shirt wears very well. This is the only shirt my husband wears on a daily bases, except for church. Of course, he’s retired and loves the fit and comfort of this cotton shirt. It washes very well without shrinkage and NO color fading on cold wash. We purchase this same shirt in short sleeve, also.

The collar is too small. And XLT is ridiculous.
The fabric seems durable, not really comfortable, but not uncomfortable by any means.

I ordered an XLT, because I'm 6'8". And even then this shirt was WAY too long. It looked ridiculous, like when your girlfriend borrows a T-shirt and it hangs down to her thighs. That's how this XLT felt on me, and I'm a large guy.

The collar was really small and even with it unbuttoned it felt weird and out of place. I had a similar problem with T-shirts I ordered, they were also XLT though.

Other than that the shirt was OK. The sleeves fit which was surprising. But ultimately I ended up returning this one.

It may just be a problem with the XLT's, so take with a grain of salt. I would still imagine that the collar would be small on other sizes though.

Unfortunately. according to Carhartt customer service .."it's too much trouble to find a way to order just the covers for the large dog beds".

Was a lot larger than i tought it would be, tried to wash to shrink and it worked a bit. Great shirt though just buy a size smaller than what you really are.

5 Stars for the Long Sleeve Workwear Henley
First off, all around great shirt. I have it in three different colors and it does what it is supposed to. Great layer for warmth and is nice enough to wear when you go out but also the perfect work shirt.

My husband wouldn't wear any other shirts
These are the only shirts my husband wears on a daily basis. The ones I bought recently are a gift for him for Christmas so I can't review them for you now, but I just know he will love them.

Excellent quality & very comfortable. Iâ??m kind of in between reg & tall so I usually order tall to account for shrinking. These were a little long on me so I probably shouldâ??ve got regular but Iâ??m very happy with them & after washing them in hot water a few time they fit perfect. Makes for great work shirts.

Love the shirt. In fact, I recently purchased 2 short sleeve henley shirts for summer. Just got inside from shoveling snow here in western new york. I wore my carhartt Extreme coveroveralls. Verry warm. You need to make a henley WITHOUT a pocket. I am not a fan of shirt pockets.Let me know when you have such a henley shirt.

its what Carhartt is known for
I ordered 4 shirts, mix of short and long sleeve. I have worn all four a couple of times now. The fit and finish is good. The material quality seems good. The didn't shrink when I washed them and the colors didn't run. I've owned many Carhartt shirts over the years and in the past the sizing has been an issue but these seem to run true to size. Yes I would recommend them.

Very satisfactory overall
Wears well, fits well, looks Ok, comfortable to wear but a bit heavy for summertime probably--better in cooler weather.
If had higher neckline profile would give it five stars.

Henley for the Win

Henley T is perfect
These Henley t shirts with a chest pocket are great! The pocket holds the reading glasses and an pen. Super nice from the dryer with minimal shrink Love, love them!

Don't shrink

I live in Arizona, so I use these shirts to keep the sun off of me, they also work great in the cool mornings during winter. I wear these longsleeved shirts all year round they are so comfortable & they do not shrink no matter how many washes you put them through these shirts are the best purchase ever.

Nice made shirt, it's sizes are running larger than some I already had so hopefully they will shrink when I wash and dry them. I prefer the original fit these were a Christmas gift from my wife they are very well made.

Being an OTR truck driver, your shirts work perfect for my needs, including wear, durability and I want my shirt to have a pocket-important to me. I also wear the short sleeve version in summer. I also wear your vest in winter-really like the pockets in the vest.

Want go wrong here
I have purchased all my henleys and longsleeve shirts w/ pockets from Carhartt for years and you cannot find any better. I have tried all the other brands so don't waste your time. These shirts will last you forever. I pay alittle more by going thru Carhartt store but I get what I want with out all the back order or out of stock issues.

Love my long sleeve Henley.
When I'm not at my office job (except for dress down Fridays) you can usually find me in a long sleeve or short sleeve Carhartt Henley depending on the weather. Truly comfortable and durable.
