Sizing
I'm 6'3", 210lbs. Usually, with other pocket tee's I get x-large and if available, tall... BUT the Carhartt x-large tall was way too big. I can wear it as a dress,(if I wanted to...)
Large regular fit perfect. Good shoulder room and still long enough to stay tucked in, or long enough to leave out and cover belt and pockets.
Top quality pocket tee.

Great Shirt
Great, well built shirt. I wear an XL but this shirt fits large (buyer beware) if you plan on ordering, order a size down. This shirt is very high quality, much like everything else Carhartt makes. Will be ordering more.

Awesome
These are the best shirts EVER!!! My husband wears nothing but these. They last forever!! He has shirts that he's had for 10 yrs.. The only thing about them is after a few yrs they start fading. So then he cuts the sleeve off and uses them for work shirts!! Also he wears a 2x in shirts but these he only wears xl... They wash up really nice !!! We absolutely love them.. Hope they never stop selling them !!!

Almost perfect
I have been an avid Carhart t-shirt wearer for several years. I have especially enjoyed the henley style as it gives the feel of more breathing room around the neck. The material weight is heavy enough for an abusive work environment, yet just light enough to breathe in the heat of summer. The comfortable length allows my shirt to stay tucked in and not show off a plumber's crack. The only place that carhart drops the ball is on the pocket placement. As a cabinetmaker, I use my pocket to hold pencils and notes. But the location of the pocket is too high to be called comfortable. Sometimes the pencil or pen will actually poke me in my neck if a bend over a certain way. That is not comfortable.
I hope the folks at Carhart are looking at this and taking notes. Lower the pocket about an inch and a half and it would work (and look) a lot better.

To many countries are making these shirts.
Every different color comes in a different size. Even though they were all suppose to be large. Military green arrived and stayed large after first washing. Tan, well that showed up close to large, but after the first washing shrunk to more of a med./large. The heather gray, that showed up med./large but is now medium. This is what happens when you make your shirts outside of the U.S., no decent quality control. Also probably if Juan or Pablo did speak up about quality control, no more job. So much for buy American!

My husband loves these henley shirts. He wears them for work and they're always a nice weight of fabric, great strong colors and the button down neckline keeps them from binding on his throat like most t-shirts do. We buy them 4 or 5 at a time. I think they look great on him.

Great after several years
I tried the short and long sleeve T's several years ago, and except for painting jobs (why ruin a great shirt with drips?) I use them exclusively. Nice fit, long tails and they wear very well. I''ve purchased over a dozen and have been happy with all styles and colors.

Literally the PERFECT Shirts!
My husband is beyond obsessed with these shirts, they're almost all he wears! He has multiples of each color (because they do fade over numerous washes) but after they fade he makes them outside work shirts and they still last forever! I wish these came in more colors because he would for sure have more than one of each.

Hard Working Shirts
Highly recommended shirts! Colors are true to description. Durable shirts. My husband has been wearing these for years and I’ve been caring for them for years. Wash and dry they hold up well. Long enough on the tail, no plumbers crack.

Great comfort.
Henley's are my favorite styles shirt for almost all leisure and outdoor recreation. Carhartt's are the best I have found, for fit, and comfort. They wear well, and present a good value. I am not buying any other brand since I started wearing this brand.

The Perfect Work Shirt
I bought four of these a year ago and two of the Work-Dry shirts. I didn't care much for the Work-Dry shirts, but I just purchased 13 more of these in both short and long sleeve version. These Workwear shirts are the most durable, comfortable, and nice looking work shirts I've ever worn. When I added the shirts I just purchased to the previous ones from a year ago, I really had to look hard to see a difference--the older ones hadn't faded or stretched. The pocket gets used quite a lot and none of the seams show any signs of giving up. The three buttons dress it up a notch from just wearing a regular t-shirt. This is the perfect work shirt!

I am a 3X, hard to fit normally. This is one of the most comfortable shirts I have. The colors are great, the fit and feel are good, and my shirttail doesn't come out. I prefer no collar, and if available without a pocket, I would get more. Great shirt.

My Hubby's Favorite T-Shirt!
My hubby loves these shirts. They're the only t-shirt he wears. They're roomy and the color selection is nice. The latest round I bought for him seem a little thinner than his originals, but still good quality. The Henley neck and the pocket are his favorite features.

This shirt is perfect for work, whether summer or the cooler fall weather. carharrt quality
I have worn these shirts for years and thay have always maintained the carharrt quality i have come to expect. just got 4 more in the newest colors, maize,sand,pacific blue and olive. (olive is not new sorry). the colors are as represented on the site. it may just be my body, but the xl, which i use on almost all other brands is too large for me. but, the large regular is perfect! i'm just sayin u may want to try one on in real time so u know. at any rate more than happy with these shirts!!!!

Great wearing shirt.
This is a great comfortable cotton T-shirt my retired husband wears daily. I buy both long and short sleeve shirts in many colors. Carhartt web site has the most color choices to choose from and sizes. It wears and washes very well without shrinkage and fading, using cold water.

Awesome durability, confusing sizing
Love anything Carhartt, huge fan since discovering them so naturally decided to order multiple of these type of shirts online after purchasing one in store.
Though the results are a little complicated. Ordered 4 medium, two of the colors were made in Mexico which fit like a true Medium, just perfect. Other two shirts colors were made in another country and just fit significantly bigger which is noticeable.
While mixed results, I still love these shirts and will keep them, but beware of which size fits you best. I'm hoping washing them will shrink enough to be perfect medium.

My favorite weekend working shirt
Whether I'm working in my garage or yard or going to the car shows or shopping this is my uniform for the weekend. The shirts are durable and comfortable and have the pocket I need. I also hate having anything tight around my neck so the button down is perfect.

They wear like iron, remain true to size, great choice of colors, very comfortable, and will continue to purchase. Last but not least, look better than a simple T shirt. Love fact it has pocket for glasses. Delivered quickly and on time and as ordered. Been buying these shirts for years and will re order again. 2-3 inches larger dimensions
I laid the new shirts on top of identical product purchased 3 years ago. 3" larger in width, length than old shirt. Don't think the original shrunk at all.... Will keep and wash a bunch and try to shrink it a bit... We love these shirts, but really roomy this time around!

fabric feels thinner than before

Good quality shirt
I wear XXL tall in most shirts. The original fit XL fits me well. This shirt is not thin like most others. Not heavy but thick enough to be durable. Tried many other brands. This is the one I will stick with.

Love these Henley's
The chest pockets holds the reading glasses and a pen for work, the colors are easy on the eyes and the placket lends a more dressed up appearance than the pull over styles for on the job supervision attire.

I love these shirts.
My favorite shirt. Ever.
I wear them everyday.
I love the fact that you can still get a t-shirt with a pocket. And the three button Henkey means you can basically adjust the fit at the neck to suit your needs. The buttons also make it seem more polished than a simple t-shirt. They are thick, comfortable, and do not fade easily. Like the sweatshirts, they get even more comfortable with age.

best work shirt ever
Recently purchased several of these shirts for my son. In the past he always wanted 2x tall, but the last few have been longer than he likes them and they never did shrink any. This time I ordered the 2x regular and he likes them much better. The shirts wear and launder very well. They are a good weight for most of the year. We would like a few more heather type colors. The bright yellow for one is not a color we would ever order for him. Thanks for making good work shirts.

I prefer these Henley style shirts to regular pocket tee shirts
The button neck line is more comfortable than regular pocket tee shirts that fit tighter round the neck. The pocket is large enough to fit an iPhone. I have several of these Carhartt shirts and they last a long time. It would be great if Carhartt offered this style shirt in a lighter weight material for really hot summer days.

Can I have too many?
I have lots of these henleys, some for work some for play..... I buy the tall size, for the extra long tails. No "plumbers butt" visual effects here. LOL. Seriously, I love these shirts. great for work, or add jeans, cowboy boots for play. I do wish that there were more "bright" colors available, and also some camo choices. A denim version would be awesome, as well. Overall, though, you're not gonna go wrong with this shirt, or anything Carhartt. I've been loyal to them for over 30 years.

Great product

Only shirt my husband buys
My husband is a BIG man and the only shirt he can find that is compfortable and fits is the Carhartt short sleeved henley. He has several colors.
The fact that they wear forever, are easy to wash, and the come in BIG & TALL is a hugh plus.
Best shirt on the market - just wish there were more colors.

Nice change from crew-neck tees
I liked the colors that I ordered for my husband. They fit well, except the sleeves come down below his elbows because his arms are short. I roll them up for him and it looks more in proportion that way.

Great Tee
My husband loves these Henley Tees. They are a bit nicer than a regular tee and still have all the comfort of a tee. They are well made and stay nice for a long time. The colors are great and I will order these for my husband from here out. Fantastic tee!!!

My every day work shirts

good additions to a dull wardrobe
Had to do something........my work wardrobe was suffering from a case of the greys. All i used to wear to my job were grey T shirts. Well no more. The short sleeve henley from Carhartt was a much needed improvement. The problem in the past was finding shirts long enough to tuck in. The K84 combinded with the carhartt dungaree fit jean was a good match. standing at 6'4 , tuckables are hard to find. The K84 suited my needs well. Am thourouly satisfied, just wish they came in more tall color selections.

Great T-shirts
These are the only T-shirts that my husband will wear for work. He likes the weight of the fabric and the length of the shirt. The shirts hold their shape and don't shrink like a lot of other t-shirts do.

Quite satisfactory overall
As with the long sleeve Henley comfort is good, looks Ok, seems durable (at least through several washings so far) and quality of material seems good. Also as with the long sleeve item if neckline profile was a bit higher would give it five stars for appearance.

Been buying the K84 for years, not so happy with the newest batch.
As stated in the title I have been buying the K84 for many years but in the last few years the material has changed, it's not as sturdy, and I feel not as comfortable as it once used to be. I know that they are 100% cotton but the last batch I purchased recently the material is noticeable thinner and almost feels like a cotton/poly blend. I say cotton/poly feel because I actually feel cooler in the older shirt whereas in the newer shirt I feel like it doesn't breathe as well.
If you hold the material of an older K84 up to a light you see some light passing through, If I do the same with a new K84 a LOT more light passes through, and the older K84 has been through the wash literally hundreds of times.
Come on Carhartt, I buy your stuff because I'm willing to pay more for a better quality garment. The shirt is not horrible, it's probably still better than most similar work shirts out there but I'm just concerned that quality is headed in the wrong direction.

finally the right shirt
first time in a long time i actually found a shirt that the collar was the right size, i ordered several different shirt of different brands only to send them back because the collar was way to big for the shirt size, it looked like they were using the same collar from a 2or 3XL on a L and XL shirt which doesn't work for me. then i remembered years back i had a Carhartt that fit pretty good went on line and found you web site. which i would have gone there first. thank you for making a great shirt with the right collar.

Not as described. Not 100% cotton.
The description for these shirts says 100% cotton, except for two colors. (Heather Grey fiber content is 90% cotton/10% polyester; Ash fiber content is 99% cotton/1% polyester). I ordered a Heather Grey, Dark Cobalt, and a Port Heather. The Heather Grey was as described (90/10), but the other two are labeled as 60% cotton, 40% poly. I'll be returning those. 60/40 in my opinion is a sign of a cheap and uncomfortable shirt. I'm surprised Carhartt would ever sell a shirt like this.

5 shirts 2 perfect 2 so so
I purchased 5 short sleeve original fit shirts and 3 were perfect. The other 2 were a different fabric and held static electricity on them when I took them on and off. Not comfortable to say the least. I have several of your shirts beyond these 5 and have always been satisfied until these 2.

The 100% cotton jersey Short Sleeve Workwear Henley are the best I have found anywhere. They are my daily go to shirt always. The Henley that have 10% poly in them, they are to hot to wear in the afternoon sun. I only wear them in the evening. Overall, outstanding shirt. Thank You

Excellent product
Great quality, the durability is fantastic. My husband is tall and hard to fit with good quality clothing that doesn't shrink up or loose it's shape. Have ordered several of these and he loves the way they fit and feel. I love the durabilty, easy to care for, and don't wrinkle so they don't have to be ironed. Great for someone that works out of town or does out door work but looks good enough to go out in a casual dress attire, not something you would think for a work shirt.

A good buy.

Nice shirt
This Shirt for me was exact on size I ordered a 2XL Tall and was just a tad tight on the torso but Ill fit into it soon.

Wonderful comfortable casual shirts.

Awesome T-shirts

My go-to shirts
Love these shirts! I have a drawer-full and wear them throughout spring, summer and fall. The fit is perfect and they are, without a doubt, the most comfortable shirts I own. My only complaint is the Hunter Green fades to a washed-out OD shade far too quickly. This is the only color I own that has faded noticeably, but all three in this color have faded to almost the same extent. The shirts still look good, I just have to watch where I wear them ... otherwise I hear about it!

Great Shirts!
These Carhartt Henley shirts are the best work shirts I have ever used. They are very comfortable, fit well, and are very durable. These shirts, in both short and long-sleeve, are the only work shirts that I buy now. Carhartt really has a superior product. Keep up the good work!

My go to for chores or casual wear
If I'm not wearing my work shirt this is what I'm in. It is also great for base layers when it is cold outside. It is thick and will hold some sweat.

Sizes run a little large
The general quality of Carhartt products is second to none. But, I've worn a 2XL shirt since I was in college (over 40 years ago). Carhartt's 2XL is too big, to the point that it's uncomfortable. With Carhartt's quality fabrics, it doesn't shrink either. This is a very good product, but beware of the sizing.

Perfect Shirt
Borrowed one from a buddy on a trip and fell in love. I've since purchased 4 of my own. Doesn't shrink when you wash it and the more you wear it the comfier it gets.

Great shirts
Unless I'm 'dressing up', these are all I wear. They are comfortable (sized slightly large) and seem to last forever. My last batch were 4-5 years old and in great shape except for some fading and too many stains. I splurged and replaced them with 7 new shirts and the quality of the new shirts seems as good as my old ones.

Great shirts
The shirts have always been made very well and look good. BUT the last 4 shirts that I bought the 3 button holes were raggedy and looked bad. Some one is slipping in the manufacturing department . BAD.

The Best
Its really quite simple. These shirts are absolutely the best in ALL categories/ Fit, appearence, and especially wear. Had 1 that only just started wearing out after 7 years. The only pocket short sleeve shirts I wear.

most for your money
i've been buying these shirts for years, and still have the first one . i'm a heavy equipment operator and they seem to last forever. no tears or shrinkage,alot of stains but they are the only shirt i wear!

nothing else matters
These are some of the best wearing shirts that i have ever purchased for work. I purchesed the talls and they are great. You can tuck them in your pants and work all day without worring about the shirt tails riding back out of your pants. They are very comfortable and very durable. I will never buy anything else other than Carharrt for work or play.

Great work and casual shirt
I love these shirts and recently ordered a half-dozen in long sleeve for this winter. They are comfortable and collarless yet, thanks to the three buttons down the front, look "better" than a simple t-shirt.
Also, their sizing is "real" - I don't have to buy an XXXL to get an XXL.
