Favorite long sleeve shirt.
I love this shirt. My husband has always purchased this style for himself, and now I can see why! Thick, but comfortable. I’m 5’6 140, and purchased small, as I normally do. Nice length, and roomy - as I prefer- but not sloppy looking.

Long Sleeve pocket tee 100% cotton.
Just LOVE these tees great 100% cotton, great fit, length overall good quality just like the short sleeve ones-which I have in every color. Keep getting some new colors in so I can buy them too. I get the XS SOOO comfortable but with plenty of room-smart looking-people compliment me- happy that CARHARTT makes such beautiful things for women now-keep up the good work! I don't know how to post my photo on line or I would do that with all my CARHARTT clothing on.

New Favorite Shirt
Without a doubt this is going to be my go to shirt this fall/winter. It is thick enough to be worn on its own, but will be comfortable under a vest too. I got the sea glass and would love to have it in more colors.

Carhartt For The Win
If you work in an industrial environment, or outside in general, and you don’t want to wear skin tight clothes, this is the long sleeve for you! I bought a large (usually a medium) and it fit exactly how I wanted it to for work. The sleeves had plenty of room and the chest/torso had plenty as well. The lengths of this shirt is fantastic as well. I can crouch down with no worries my lower back will show. The cuffed sleeves made me extremely happy since longsleeves always tend to slip down over my hands causing a MAJOR safety hazards.

Perfectly relaxed for Women
The material feels durable. I feel protected from the sun during fieldwork and it's light enough to breath, yet thick enough to wear alone. I have an athletic build, 5'3", 120lbs, purchased an XS and it fits perfect.

Super nice

Great Carpenter Work Shirt
Our crew love these shirts for work. Durable, hold shape, great layering piece. We order and have them screen printed. Runs large. We had to size down for all employees. XL is like a shirt dress on shorter employees.

Love the sleeve length but not the pocket
I work in power generation in an industrial setting and it's not uncommon for me to go from an indoor 100* field-work environment working around greater than 120VAC and hot pipes in the power block to a four-season outdoor job site, to a 70* and fluorescent plant control room all within the same hour, so I need to be dressed in work gear that can handle it all. The weight of this shirt is such that it can be worn over a short sleeve shirt or just undershirt and still be very comfortable. I do wish that this shirt came without the breast pocket which is strangely large for my liking. The fit is a little large. I'm a true medium and find the medium to be very roomy.
