COVID-19 Information
To protect the safety of our employees and our community we are practicing CDC COVID guidelines. We will be frequently cleaning high touch surfaces with disinfectant and our employees are instructed to wear masks at all times. Plexiglass is hung in front of the registers to limit customer and employee contact. In accordance with CDC COVID guidelines, we will have someone out front making sure we don't exceed the 50 person capacity (including staff).
For Our Local Marquette Customers
- Customers are required to wear masks in our store.
- If you are unable to wear a mask we will assist you with curbside pickup.
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10-11am are dedicated shopping hours for at-risk individuals. Please respect this time for those vulnerable customers.
- If our store is at capacity you will be asked to wait outside while social distancing.
- Customers must practice social distancing rules leaving 6ft between other customers and employees.
- We will have designated in and out doors and up and down staircases.
- At this time we are asking customers to refrain from trying on clothing or shoes.
- Our public restroom is unavailable at this time to customers.
- Our elevator is unavailable at this time to customers.
Instore Pickup FAQ
Q: Can a local Marquette customer pick orders up in store?
A: Yes! Currently we are offering curbside pickup during store hours. Please call 906-226-3561 during store hours to place an order and set up a pickup time. Hours may vary due to staffing.
Q: How can I reach the Marquette store by phone?
A: Local customers can reach the Marquette store by calling 906-226-3561. If you are a non-local Getzs.com customer please call 800-746-7438, you may reach our after-hours answer service, please leave a message with contact information and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Q: What hours is curbside available for pickup?
A: During our store hours, these may vary due to holidays. Our normal hours are Monday-Saturday 10-6, Sundays 11-5.
Q: Where do I go to pick up my order?
A: We currently have pick up available at our Spring Street side door. There is a doorbell next to the door, please ring and a staff member will come assist you.
Q: How can I place an order on your website and pick it up instore?
A: Please the items you would like to purchase in your cart, when you are ready begin the checkout process. When you get to checkout, under each item on the Order Summary it will show where the items are shipping from. As long as all items are all showing “Getzs” under the ‘shipping from’, those items are physically in our Marquette location and are available for store pickup. Under “Order Notes” please check the box for “Notes or Comments for Getzs Staff” and leave a note that you would like to do a curbside pickup. If an item is showing “Carhartt” or “Wrangler” as the ‘shipping from’, that item has to ship directly from the manufacture, store pickup is not an option.
Q: I am trying to place an order online for pickup, but it is charging me shipping, how can I get a coupon to remove the shipping?
A: Please email customerservice@getzs.com and let them know you would like to do a store pickup but are being charged for shipping, we will email you a unique single use code to remove any shipping fees. You may also call 906-226-3561.
Q: I am a UP Health System employee, how can I apply my store discount to an online order?
A: Please email customerservice@getzs.com and let them know you are an employee. We will email you a unique single use code to honor your UP Health System discount. You may also call 906-226-3561.
Q: Are you accepting returns at this time?
A: Yes, they can be brought back to our department store. We are following all CDC guidelines to ensure that any returned merchandise is properly cleaned to prevent the risk of any transmission between items.
Q: I am a local customer and have a defective item, what do I do?
A: Please call 906-226-3561 during store yours.
