Shipping your Order

If your order is placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time, we will usually ship items available from our Michigan warehouse the same day. Orders placed after Noon EST will be shipped the next day. In an effort to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible, we may ship your order from multiple locations. We will email you a tracking number for each additional shipment within 2-5 days. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments for the same order to the same address.

Please note: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail with a transit time of 5-7 business days

UPS Ground and UPS Expedited methods deliver Monday through Friday.

  • Ground Shipping takes approximately 1-5 business days
  • Express Shipping takes 3 business days
  • 2nd Day Shipping items will arive within 2 business days
  • Next Day Shipping ensures that the item(s) will arrive in 1 business day

FedEx: Order Time in Transit |

FedEx Ground For Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground For Business and FedEx Expedited methods deliver Monday through Friday.

  • Ground Shipping takes approximately 1-5 business days
  • Express Shipping takes 3 business days
  • 2nd Day Shipping items will arive within 2 business days
  • Priority Shipping ensures that the item(s) will arrive in 1 business day

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States of America.


Damage/Loss/Incorrect Address

If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or if your package was lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 1.800.746.7438.

All materials must be available for inspection by the shipping carrier before a replacement product can be sent. Incorrectly entered shipping addresses may result in additional shipping costs.
