If your order is placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time, we will usually ship items available from our Michigan warehouse the same day. Orders placed after Noon EST will be shipped the next day. In an effort to get you your merchandise as quickly as possible, we may ship your order from multiple locations. We will email you a tracking number for each additional shipment within 2-5 days. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments for the same order to the same address.
Very rarely some shipments are delayed due to severe weather; Getzs.com is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen situations due to weather or other extreme circumstances. In these instances any shipments that do not meet their original transit time are not eligible for a shipping charge refund.
Please note: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority First Class Mail with a transit time of 5-7 business daysUnfortunately, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States of America.

All materials must be available for inspection by the shipping carrier before a replacement product can be sent. Incorrectly entered shipping addresses may result in additional shipping costs.
